Terms And Conditions

These Terms of Use are made and entered into by and between you and Reserve The World, Inc., "we," "us," or "our" to include RTW, means either (i) RTW, with offices at 420 N Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, IL 61072 "You," or "your," refers to you, a user of the Site or parent or legal guardian (over the age of 18) if such user is a minor in his or her state of residence. These Terms of Use shall apply to (a) all websites owned and/or operated by RTW including without limitation the website on which these Terms of Use are posted and RTW's subsidiary and/or affiliate entities, including but not limited to campingisourlife.com, whether or not referred to directly as RTW, as well as mobile versions thereof and social networking service pages and applications (collectively, the "Site"), and (b) any and all services available on or through the Site (the "Services"). By accessing and/or using the Site, you are expressly agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use, and any other policies, rules or guidelines that may be applicable to Services on the Site ("Additional Terms"), as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

RTW may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time and there will not be a notice for 24 hours and your continued use of the site indicating your agreement with any such changes.; please periodically review them. Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by any means including, without limitation, posting a revised version of these Terms of Use on the Site.

By using this RTW and subsidiaries, you certify that you are a resident of the United States or Canada and are at least 13 years or age or, if under age 13 you have express consent by your parent to use this site.

Registration

You are allowed to browse the Site and view content without registering, but as a condition to using certain aspects of the Site, you may be required to register with RTW and select a password and screen name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration. You shall not (i) select or use as your registration a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as your registration a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as your registration a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

You will be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You will immediately notify RTW in writing of any unauthorized use of your account, or any account related security breach of which you are aware. You also agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as submitted to RTW, and (ii) maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or RTW has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RTW can immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site or Services (or any portion thereof) in its sole discretion. Registration data and certain other information about you are subject to theĀ Terms And Conditions. Through your use of the Site and related services you consent to the collection and use of certain information about you, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by RTW and its affiliates.

We are not liable for any harm caused or related to the theft or misappropriation of your user name or password due to your failure to take reasonable measures, your disclosure of your user name or password, or your authorization of anyone else to use your user name or password. If you feel or believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password to the Site and immediately notify RTW of the problem by contacting us atĀ support@reservetheworld.com. In the event of any dispute between two or more parties as to account ownership, you agree that RTW will be the sole arbitrator of such dispute in its sole discretion and that RTW's decision (which may include termination or suspension of any account subject to dispute) will be final and binding on all parties.

Making Purchases

Any and all purchases will be of the user's own free will and choice. If you, as a user, make a reservation to any campground that RTW represents, there will be an admin fee associated with that reservation and purchase. The admin fee will be a fixed price for each user and may increase or decrease based on our review of the economic climate. The admin fee is a non-refundable fee collected at the completion of the reservation.

Code of Conduct

You will in no way or permit another in any way to misrepresent yourself or themselves in setting up accounts with RTW or its subsidiaries.

You will not email, post, upload or transmit and make content that you do not have a right to make available for public under any United States or Canadian law.

No restricting or inhibit any other member or visitor from using the site, including and without limitation by means of defacing or hacking to any portion of this site.

No access or attempt to access this site to cause harm to RTW or its subsidiaries.

No one is allowed to act like RTW endorses their products, services or statements without express written consent from RTW.

Frame or Mirror any part of the RTW sites or subsidiaries.

Harvest or collect information about its users or members without express written consent.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. We extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers and associates.

Ethics

We always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our training, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.

Duty of Care

Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all businesses and organizations, including this consultancy, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.

Conflict of Interest

Due to the sensitive nature of our particular consultancy services, we will not provide a service to a direct competitor of a client, and we generally try to avoid any dealings with competitor companies even after the cessation of services to a client.

Intellectual Property and Moral Rights

We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return, we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients' intellectual property.

Quality Assurance

We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports. This consultancy has been accredited under a number of quality assurance schemes. Further details are available on request.

Professional Conduct

We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients.

Equality and Discrimination

We always strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age, or personal disability.
